CARDANO Updates- KICK.IO will hold an IEO on ExMarkets on September 15th.

KICK.IO, created by a team of decentralized finance [DeFi] professionals, is dedicated to providing Cardano community crowdfunding services, a suite of innovative Defi features, and full Cardano native token support.

In order to accomplish this, KICK.IO, according to a recent press release, will ensure that projects on the ecosystem have adequate fundraising and kick-starting capabilities.

To aid in the realization of this concept, the decentralized crowdfunding platform has scheduled it's Initial Exchange Offering [IEO] on the ExMarkets exchange for Wednesday, September 15, 2021. The KICK.IO development team believes that with ADAX, the Cardano ecosystem's automated liquidity protocol, having had an overwhelming success in its IEO on the ExMarkets platform earlier this year, the news of going public on ExMarkets should not come as a surprise to anyone, according to the press release.

Following an oversubscribed private sale, the founding team is confident that the public sale scheduled for Wednesday, September 15, 2021, will be a success.KICK.IO has piqued the interest of retail and institutional investors alike, owing to ExMarket's over 160,000 community users, affordability, modern IEO launch, and valuable funding support. According to the team, taking part in this IEO is extremely simple.

With this fundraising platform, which is expected to go public this month, it is positioning itself as a critical component of the Cardano ecosystem — a place where community members can come together to not only fund but also support high-growth yet problem-solving projects with the potential for future proliferation. This Cardano-based project will give retail and institutional investors first access to some of the most promising projects with unfathomable returns.

According to the project developer, Charles Hoskinson, with over 100 new projects expected to be launched on Cardano, KICK.IO is committed to ensuring that only credible, efficient, and auspicious projects make it through the fundraising process, thus guaranteeing the community high potential projects that can generate colossal returns while contributing to the growth of the Cardano ecosystem,

Cardano, through its native token, ADA, is seeking to offer creators and developers a chance to build and then launch projects on its ecosystem, breaking the $3 barrier for the first time following the announcement of its smart contracts-supporting testnet. KICK.IO, on the other hand, is working to decentralize crowdfunding by offering investors, businesses, and community members the opportunity to fund and earn massive returns from promising projects.

The IEO on ExMarkets Launchpad, scheduled for September 15, 2021, is part of KICK.IO's vision to address the problem of informational and financial imbalance in the CARDANO Ecosystem

CARDANO or ETHEREUM- Battle of the Smart Contract Platforms

Cardano and Ethereum are frequently compared because their blockchains provide similar features, such as smart contracts for building decentralized applications. Ethereum (ETH) is an open-source blockchain platform with its own currency. Cardano is a decentralized third-generation proof-of-stake (PoS) blockchain platform that aims to be a more efficient alternative to proof-of-work (PoW) networks

Participants on the Cardano and Ethereum blockchains would be able to stake their native currencies on the network. Ouroboros, a component of Cardano's PoS system, allows users to validate transactions and earn ADA. Because the protocol divides time into epochs and slots, a leader is chosen within each slot to select which blocks are added to the blockchain.

Ethereum 2.0's consensus the mechanism will be PoS, requiring operating nodes to stake at least 32 ETH in a contract in order to earn rewards for validating transactions and producing new blocks on the network.

Prior to the transition to ETH 2.0, the Ethereum blockchain will continue to rely on PoW, also known as mining. Ethereum miners use computational power to process transactions and generate new blocks.

Miners must compete to find a new block to add to the blockchain while verifying transactions to prevent fraud. Miners are compensated for their efforts, but the Ethereum mining difficulty determines how much computing power is required to mine a new block. The more miners on the Ethereum blockchain there are, the more difficult it is to discover the block that will be rewarded.

The decentralized finance (DeFi) boom in 2020 helped Ethereum gain traction. Decentralized applications are increasingly being developed to automate financial services such as lending and borrowing without the use of a third-party intermediary.

Following the Alonzo hard fork, Cardano has added smart contracts to its platform. This could imply that the blockchain could gain a stronger foothold in the DeFi industry, competing with Ethereum.

As a competitor to Ethereum, the Ethereum killer network would be able to run a variety of cryptocurrency applications on top of smart contracts, including non-fungible tokens (NFTs).

Cardano now supports programmability thanks to the Alonzo hardfork, though the price has fallen due to some issues but fortunately, the Cardano team has taken prompt steps to address the issue and now there is a huge probability that Cardano native coin ADA will definitely touch on major milestones in the coming days.

DISCORD-Where Metaverse interacts with social media

Discord, a social media platform founded in 2015 that has grown in popularity in recent months as normies (many of whom have become more digitally engaged as a result of the pandemic) have begun to participate in the Metaverse regularly, including through virtual gaming, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and other previously niche experiences.

Discord allows users to create invite-only topic-based spaces known as servers, which include text and voice channels and cool features such as the ability to create custom emojis. Text channels on Discord function similarly to Slack in that users can organize conversations into topical discussion threads and even send and receive files. Its voice channels allow users to communicate, video chat, share screens, Livestream (including to a specific audience), and listen to music together via a Spotify plugin. There has even been talking of using the service to obtain virtual currency and goods. Discord has a lot of say over who can stay on its platform, reserving the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate its terms. Moderation is the key and all these features have been done through bots

Prospects:

Brands are taking notice and action as a result of its newfound popularity. While paid advertising on Discord is currently non-existent, and analytics tools are limited, advertisers have discovered amazing ways to engage organically with consumers using the platform. For example, celebrities, companies, and businessmen are using Discord to host fan parties, launch new menu items, hold collectible giveaways, have its mascot chat directly with consumers, and even Livestream concerts.
